The Society for the Blind in Beersheva

Gina has given art lessons in oil painting and mosaics to six members of the Society for the Blind in Beersheva, since November 2005. In this work, Gina has been assisted by several IDF soldiers.

Gina's volunteer work with the blind was written up in the local Beersheva newspaper, Sheva.

The photos that follow in the gallery page are from an exhibition of their artwork. The exhibition was attended by the soldiers who assist Gina, and by Yaakov Terner, the Mayor of Beersheva. This exhibition took place in the Blind Cultural Center, on December 5, 2006.
